How to choose the right country
The best location for a dedicated server is the one closest to the people who use it. Every hop across an ocean adds delay, so a shop selling in Germany belongs in Germany, a game server for South American players belongs in São Paulo, and an API used across Asia belongs in Singapore or Tokyo.
Data protection is the second thing to check. Servers in the EU are covered by the GDPR, and the United Kingdom, Brazil, Singapore, Japan, South Africa, Australia, Canada and Serbia all have their own data protection laws. If your customers expect their data to stay in their country, pick a server there.
Same service everywhere
Whichever country you choose, you order and pay the same way, in euros, month by month. Every server comes with full root access and the operating system of your choice, and you can add our Managed service if you would rather we look after it for you.
