Questions, answered
How fast will I get my server?
Cloud and Performance VPS are usually ready within a few hours after payment. Dedicated servers are installed by hand and are typically delivered within 1–3 business days. You get the IP address and root password by e-mail.
Are the servers managed?
By default servers are unmanaged: you get full root access and handle the software yourself, while we take care of the hardware, network and reinstalls. If you want us to run the server, add Managed service when you order – €50/month for a VPS, €200/month for a dedicated server. It covers setup, updates, security, monitoring, backups and help with admin tasks.
What is the difference between Cloud VPS and Performance VPS?
Cloud VPS shares CPU time with other customers and has a monthly traffic quota – great value for websites, bots and small apps. Performance VPS gives you dedicated EPYC cores and unmetered traffic on a 1 Gbps port, for workloads that need steady performance.
How does billing work?
You pay the first month at checkout. Before each new month we send you a renewal invoice that you can pay from your account by card or PayPal. If you don’t renew, the server is suspended and later removed.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Simply don’t pay the next invoice or write to us. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. Paid months are not refunded.
Can I get a different configuration?
Yes. Extra IPs, more RAM, more disks, RAID, DDoS protection or other locations are all possible. Send us what you need and we will reply with a price.
