Why host in Amsterdam
Amsterdam is one of the best-connected cities on the internet. AMS-IX, the Amsterdam Internet Exchange, links hundreds of networks, and the city has direct routes to the United Kingdom, Scandinavia and, via transatlantic cables, North America. A server here reaches most of Europe quickly, which is why so many streaming, gaming and SaaS projects start in Amsterdam.
Guaranteed bandwidth
The Amsterdam server on this page has a guaranteed 1 Gbps connection with unmetered traffic – a good fit for downloads, media, backups and anything that moves a lot of data.
Data protection
As an EU member state, the Netherlands applies the GDPR.
